How do I choose between two guys that I love?

i was good friends with this guy for 2 1/2 years and then we were together for 2. i’ve been through a lot w/him and i don’t think i’ll ever stop loving him. we finally broke up b/c i think we both needed a break and constantly fighting. we still talked and were still friends though. i knew i wanted him back but he told me to move on and he only saw me as a friend. after awhile i started talking to a new guy. he’s great and he’s my boyfriend. we’ve been together for about a month. recently i went to my old b/fs house to help him w/something and then we went to the movies w/his sister and her friend(the movie was unplanned). when we were driving home he told me how he realized he wasn’t over me and he really missed me and i missed him too. he said he had tried so hard not to kiss me all day but he gave in and kissed me. i knew i shouldn’t but i kissed him back. it felt so right to be back in his arms. he said he wants me to be w/who makes me most happy but i’m so crazy about both of them. they are both so good to me and i don’t think i even deserve either!! please help me b/c i have NOBODY i can talk to about this and i really need help! should i stay w/the new guy and give him a chance or get back w/the old guy b/c we get along like we used to.
