Best living situation in college?
I’m currently a Junior in college who is on summer break, over the summer I’m planning on changing a few things within my life. I am 21 years old and still living with my parents, I’ve never had a job, they support me 200%! But the problem is, I have school 3 days a week and I live around an hour and 10 mins away from the school, with gas at a record high of $4.19 a gallon, I’m not sure if it would be cheaper for me to get a dorm, apartment, or just drive it. What do you guys think would be the best soultion here?? Serious answers only please.
You could check roomate/s interested in sharing costs…Good luck !!
A dorm room will cost you about $500 a month (not including food), so unless you spend that much on gas, which I doubt, then no it is not worth it… and an apartment + electricity + water + internet/phone etc will cost a lot more than that…
