Dear melissa222004, I work in the schools right along side the teachers…the reason is that I am trained in behaviours and most of them are not. We are seeing an increasing amount of behaviours in the class room. This is not necessarily from ADD or ADHD. The teachers are trained in academics and find dealing with these children too much of a distraction in the class room and they are frustrated because they are not taught how to deal with them. So this would by my first recommendation; teaching them how to deal with these behaviours. Sue…good luck
