use both bathe in water as hot as you can stand it to open pores & get out the dirt, ect then when you rinse, use cold to shut them back up & help prevent blackheads, ect
actually cold is better for your skin, because in warm or hot water your pores open up which opens them up to debris and bacteria, causing blackheads. If you must use warm water, rinse with cold water after
