If I switch to coffee is that just as bad for ulcers?

I have had problems with major weight loss, ulcers, acid reflux and tooth decay from Red Bull. If I switch to coffee is that just as bad?

Answer #1

both of them are bad for you so I advise you quit both of them !!

Answer #2

NO. coffee wont be any better, you know whats in red bull. CAFFEINE! and thats exactly whats in coffee. switch to green tea. it has caffeine but its not as harsh and its really good for your body

Answer #3

Well, you won’t be consuming a crazy amount of sugar from Red Bull, so that’s a start! Coffee is fine in moderation. Just be careful with all that caffeine.

Answer #4

I dont think coffee is quite as bad for you. My mom, grandmother and dad drink coffee every single day of there life and there fine. The main thing coffee gives you is your teeth can become yellow but thats over a long period of time..but if you brush your teeth everyday with advanced whitening toothpaste youll be fine.

Answer #5

If you’ve become caffeine dependent, then stopping altogether can cause severe headaches and other withdrawal symptoms.

I suggest you cut back, but definately get rid of the Red Bull - the sugar is only part of the problem with those types of drinks.

Start by only having one cup of coffee a day, then reduce it to half and slowly wean yourself off so you don’t suffer too much.

Answer #6

It should be ok. Just be careful about it. =]

Answer #7
