Does anyone own a Cockapoo?

Does anyone own a Cockapoo? Im thinking about gtting one and have read up on the breed, now I need owners advice, thanks x

We had two females, awesome with kids, very loving, smart no health problems. they actually lived 16 years (people years)

I just purchased a cockapoo about 4 days ago they are very loving energetic puppies he is 4 months old and weighs between 12 and 15lbs,his breeder told me the biggest he will get is 30lbs. I really dont care though my children love him

if its a parrot cause the name is familiar I would recommend you acquire one at a young age and hand feed it every day and give it as much attention as possible. pet it whenever you can. I would also recommend petting it while talking with someone or having them pet it so it doesnt learn you can only show love to one person at a time. this will make it very hostile to strangers or those close to you. they do get annoying so I’d advice you to put it in a room most of the time or have two cages one in a private room for it to stay in most of the time and one in a living room whenever youre chillin. that way when its doing whatever to get attention you wont hear it when you dont want to haha

First of all, it’s a cross breed, not a “breed”…that means that some pups take on the charactoristics of the Cocker, some of the Poodle…not all pups are the same.

Every one I’ve ever met, however, has been smart…VERY cute…and very loving…
