What is a quick way to whiten teeth?

I agree with jd28, that the baking soda works really well, though you don’t want to use it too often, because its so abrasive. Baking soda and peroxide work great together too. Another great and inexpensive way is to buy some of that whitening gel, I think the Plus White is only about 3 bucks or so, and squeeze a little on a q-tip or using your finger, rub it over your front teeth (top and bottom - works best if you kinda dry your teeth off first), leave on for a full 5 minutes, then rinse well. Do this 2 or 3 times a day. You can tell a difference after the first day or two. Also, get some sun. The darker your skin is, the whiter your teeth look. :) I read somewhere that strawberries were good for keeping your teeth white and eating an apple each day helps. Also, remember to use a straw to keep drinks like tea, cola and (cold) coffee from staining your teeth. :)

mycousin colleen brushes her teeth with baking soda. just straight up baking soda and water and wa-la it’s a paste. then she uses normal tooth paste and her teeth are GLOWING white. gorgeous. it taste so bad though!!

I dont know about whitening them (besides the white strips) but I do know that blue tone makes them look whiter… so use a lipstick with a blue undertone (they’re out there) but for easier and cheaper use a blue colored chap stick… like those cheap ones… no need to color your lips blue though lol

there is this really good cheap teeth whitening gel, you put it in a thing that is like a mouthguard, and leave it in for like 5 minutes, it works good:)

as gross as this sounds-trust me it is- and nasty, use baking soda often. to get rid of the taste—frashen wit some toothpaste. oh and eat non colored foods. that helps too.

Bleach. The kind you use to wash your clothes. It may burn a lot but the result is very white teeth…Unfortunately your lips will no longer exist, but at least with those pesky things gone, you can show off those teeth that much more! Bleach is cheap. You can find it at any local store.

Brush your teeth with baking soda for about 5 minutes and then with regular tooth paste then mouth wash. :) I did that last year when I got my braces off and it worked great.

Chew gum!! It helps. And drink more milk.

brush them really good and then use a toothpick to clean out the rest of the stuff you missed
