What is the best way to clear a blocked nose with out blowing the heck outta it?

hmmm…idk, your frm the US right? could you tell me a lil more about breathe right nasal Strips, I might be able to find similar in AUS

There is a product that was on Oprah that worked for everyone who i know used it. Its called Niti Pot and its a plastic devise that you put in your nose while it runs a vapor up in it.

Mint oil on your chest and neck. Makes the nose run, carries stuff out. You can also put a few drops of mint oil into hot water and inhale it with the vapor like imlonely said. (Only use mint oil if u’re not allergic)

nope not really. I eat a lot of spicy food and if temperaly helps and then it gets blocked up right after eatting….but with minor blocked noses it help i must admit, espcialy when eatting a heaped tsp of wasabi hahaha

Yes in US, they r like these strips u put on the bridge of ur nose and it has like a vapor action chemical in it that clears u up and if u snore at night they help with that as well. Any other info u need?

Possible. It’s the vapors that will make your nose run. But I never tried eucalyptus oil.
