heya every1 does anyone no how to get rid of a really bad blocked nose please answer fast :) thanks every1 :) xxx
Use steam to help soften the mucous in the nasal passage.
try using one of those squirty thing and squirt water up your nose and then blows your nose…thats the best I know…lol
Olbus oil is good.Try blowing your nose or you could try sitting in a steamy bathroom for ten minutes. x
Put vicks in the hot water and use the stream of that water.
