Is it possible to have bad circulation on one side of your body?

Lately when I go to sleep, the right side of my body feels very sore in a numb way. When I lay on my left side, it hurts the most, and is very uncomfortable, so much that I can’t fall asleep this way. Laying on on my back makes it feel much better, but I can’t fall asleep on my back. The pain all but goes away when I lay on the right side of my body. It’s still a problem, though, as I am an antsy sleeper and change positions a lot when falling asleep, so every time I shift off my right side, I’m wide awake again in pain. Obviously I’ve been having a lot of trouble falling asleep lately, and the best diagnosis I could come up with on my own is bad circulation in the right side of my body. Is this possible? The pain is also noticeable when I wake up, and for the next several minutes after I start walking around in the morning. And one more thing is strange: Occasionally I feel a painful pinch in the arch of the bottom of my right foot, that I assume is related to my problem. Whatever advice you can come up with would be helpful!

I would go to your doc, the only home remedy I can think of is to take a nice, a little more than warm bath, with epsom salts in it to help loosen your muscles and get the blood flowing. Hope it gets better soon for you
