"Child Pornography"?

This is going to sound strange, but do I have “child porn”? I guess that if you have a picture of a child under the age of 18 naked then it’s considered “child porn”. Say for example, If your boy/girlfriend sends you a naked picture of themselves and they’re not 18 then you have “child porn”. Well, If I have pictures of myself as a baby in the bath tub, then is that also considered “child porn”? Could I ever get into touble over that?

no it isnt… a baby in the bathtub isnt considered porn, maybe you should actually read up on what constitutes porn…

Say for example, If your boy/girlfriend sends you a naked picture of themselves and they’re not 18 then you have “child porn” - yes, that is different, given that a 6 month old isnt taking a picture of himself/herself…

Yes - if someone is found with such images whatever the circumstance (e.g they sent it you) you could be put on the sex offenders list.

She asked if she could get in trouble, not if she was a sick bitc h. Read the question carefully before answering like that. You can’t get in trouble for the picture of you in the bathtub, because it’s you. I’m not sure about the other one though… maybe if the parents complain…?

Ummm, that was an example. I don’t recieve or distribute naked pictures of people. Re-read the question if you need to.

As far as I know you can’t get in trouble if she sent it to you, but you can get in huge trouble if you send it to anyone else or show anyone else. At that point its considered distributing porn.
