How can I get rid of fat on my chest?

I have a lot for chest fat like 2.5 inches im 16. My brother has it to he’s 18 but his is not as much as mine, he can live with it but im mad. I cant wear t-shirts I have to wear shirts with button on it which scks when you wear that all the time.

Hi,

Aerobic exercises like rowing, swimming or brisk walking help burn fat directly. The problem is we cannot make the body burn it from the chest or breast areas. Fat is used up from all over the body so we may need to burn lots of calories before we see fat reduce in the chest area. This is the reason why an aerobic exercise workout should be performed regularly and for a long duration, for example at least 20 minutes 3 times per week. This gives chance for fat to be burned from all over the body including the chest region!
