chatting meniac

I am into chatting from almst 5yrs by now… not frequently but I tend to keep chatting on the net for hours… I sometimes find friends from the past but at times I land up chatting with unknown people… after that I start having a strange feeling of cheapness… what shud I do ..?

Be very, very, leery of chatting with strangers and do not give out any personal information - I’d stick with friends, maybe IM would be better…Take care !!

Ok hours on end is a bit addicted to begin with. What do you talk to these strangers about? And why do you want to talk to them in the first place? If it is just for something to do, then maybe try and find another hobby. Talking to strangers when you are young is very dangerous. Strangers can easily pose as someone your age when they really are a predator. If you must talk to strangers never give them your full name, date of birth, any ideas as to what neighbourhood you live in, what school you go to, anything that would make it easy for them to track you down. There are some very twisted people out there. Be careful.
