How does a charity run successfully if it's non-profit?

It’s usually run by volunteers. They do fund-raising, or ask for donations, and all revenue goes towards the charity. Some charities do have paid staff, so it’s all revenue after paid staff that goes to charity … basically, in the end, the charity doesn’t become “wealthy”, as there is never any profit.

on speaking about charity, every one if capable of giving some thing or the other thing according to his capability. for example when taking an average employ who earns 5000 a month can spend 4980 and he can save a 20Rs for charity in the same. in the same when when you calculate how many below average families in the world. and how much can we get through charity and by all these money how many OLD AGE HOMES can be built, how many SCHOOLS, CHILD CARES, HEALTH FACILITIES, etc etc etc….. but the main thing we have to do if ENLIGHTEN the society that serving people/ helping your society is nothing but divinity. every person has a divine in his sole but there has to be a right movement. so that it comes out, and enlightens the world.
