Ok, so this person from this website said that they were flat chested, but went to a B cup in a month by doing a simple exercise. Any ideas?

They went to a B cup because they are still growing. Your boobs generally grow to whatever you genetics are. Boobs can continue to grow until you are as old as 21. (And guys’ penises can do the same.)

Some minor exception, certain estrogen BC pills can SOMETIMES on SOME women make boobs grow. If you become pregnant, your boobs grow, but often lose the size increase later. And of course you can get surgery to get implants - but that won’t happen until your 20’s.

Finally, know that guys like all boobs. Big and small. Don’t worry about size. You are fine.

p.s. pills, creams, etc. out of the back of magazines DO NOTHING except make scam artists richer!!! Don’t fall for them.
