I know that if you get a sidekick you have to pay the 25 dollars a month for the plan. But my cousin told me that if you have a sidekick without the plan It just wouldn’t have text messaging and internet, but if I had text messaging on my regular phone plan, could that be used on the sidekick?

it depends if its a tmobile phone you can go for flex pay and get what ever you want no annual commit ment and also you can get extra mins by pre paid card also free texting could be added on its only 15 dollers but if you just want texting you tell them and all you would have to pay is the texting fee

I had tmobile flex pay and sombody gave me a sidekick. its complicated and a lot of your stuff gets deleted. you can still text, but its pointless to have the sidekick without the sidekick plan it defeats the purpose. I ended up trading back to my regular phone in a week

U mean like if you had internet on your regular plan before the sidekick? If so no they would make you change your plan…the sidekick feature is what you would have to have to enjoy your phn…atleast that what I thnk…I had a sidekick I thought all I had to do was put my sim in it…bt everythng changed after…its a lot to it tho
