What are some cases that help prove why a light would turn on randomly?

Sometimes lights can just be weird. Was the light completely off and came on? I know I used to have my light on some nights and around a certain time of night it would always dim to really dark and be like that for quite a while- it used to scare me a bit.

Electrics can surge, or there could be something wrong with the wiring. The best bet is to ask a parent or someone to have a look at it and also double check no one came in the room to check on your whilst sleeping (they could have quietly opened your door to check on you, then turned the light on as they closed the door, forgetting it was already off, as when you were little they were used to turning the light off as they exited and it was a natural reaction). There will eb an answer out there, you just need to find it.

Could be a ghost. Stranger things have happened. Not long ago, I got up during the night to use the bathroom and noticed a light on in an empty bedroom. This was a bedside light I had built using L.E.D.’s, and it is battery-powered. I had completely forgotten about it and hadn’t been in that room for some time–so how did the light come on by itself? Couldn’t have been our dog, who is very inquisitive and pushes buttons to see what would happen, as he was in bed with me! Strange…

Yeah, but i just found out through one of my friends that he’s telling people he’d rather have me out of the house :/ Not the annoying sisters prefer.
