Cant believe in religion anymore?

I disagree. Not EVERY religion does that. Most of your religions that believe in a higher figure…maybe.

I found G-d through science, not just the first book that I happened to stumble upon that said this is the truth and all others are lies. I believe that if you were to find an honest appraisal of G-d you would have to look deeper into the world. Beyond your skin their is a whole universe of information that can not be explained by trial and error of evolution. When it comes to religion you need to question all varietys of faith because in order for somthing to be of G-d or inspired of G-d it must be without error. There was only one religion that was able to do this and that was Judaism, however there was one more very important aspect of this religion that they have missed. The coming savior who is called Yeshua. No other religion can demonstraight this type of love and as much detail to life. It has predicted every major world conflict for the past 2500 years. You can call it ignorance, but my faith has been confirmed, insulting it only shows your ignorance and lack of tollerance.

because God made us…and some of His miracle done to my family bcause of faith in Him…so does this mean you agree with Darwin…the monkey prof…yes, we cant say the real start…but the proof of the existant of God is all around…U should be study more and pray more…there’s so many stories of the wonders that God made…you know…Im confuse what going on with teen now…they question so much on God…some said God isnt real…but they believe in Satan…this proves that satan is acctualy trap you on beeiving there is no God…Beleive in God…I thinku dont study the religion…u just base on what you heard about religion…HAVE FAITH IN GOD…

I used to believe that I was atheist because god did not exist. But I only thought that way because I was paranoid with the fact that everyone was forcing their christian beliefs on me when I was actually buddhism. A religion that I never actually studied. And once I did I found that I was more like my religion than I thought I was.

And I’ll follow it because it was what I was born into. And truth be told it actually suits me more than I thought. Plus as a Zen Buddhist I don’t believe in a god only in good will and nirvana. =] I’m pretty happy with that.

Because I recognized my sinful state and asked Jesus to forgive me, come into my heart, my life - He did - I was 9 years old, now 58 - He’s lived in my heart every since, has shown me His grace (given me so much I don’t deserve), His mercy (kept me from things I did deserve) - so richly blessed my life with family/friends/opened doors/guides me/given me so many materiel posessions and kept me safe, Amen !! - Jesus stands at the door of your heart and knocks, never forces His way in, it’s you who has to open it - your choice.

On a side note I have never been one to conform to what others wanted. It seems to me that you did this to seek approval from other simple minded individuals. I find that disturbing.

well growing up as a lil kid I was very religous . by the time I was 12 I ignored it . but now im 16 and im starting to get into it more into it . my mind gave into the devil in the past but now I open my heart to god and I live a better life

I one hundred percent agree with you. religions are simply cults just as must a cult like the kkk or the manson family. Really, it’s a shame people are formed to hate (in some cases).

I have a dear friend who once said to me “God gave us spiritual truth, the devil organized it into religion” What are you looking for?

Are you looking for a personel relationship with your Creator?  Jesus said: (and I will paraphrase,  hahaha)  "Its not ona hill top, it is in your own mouth, that you should know it and do it."

 Im not so smart, so what I get out of it is that God is not something to be learned. It is an action we take everyday. A conscious partnership with a loving creator in every aspect of my life.  

Its love.  "God is love, and he who abideth in love, abideth in God and God abideth in him."

Which church would Jesus attend if he came today? I dont believe he would go to any of them. I think he would scoot on down to the nearest detox center and do his thing. Or maybe a hospital.

   It is like the story of a man who  was trying to get sober through one of those 12 step programs, and he was ignorant, he could not read or write. After a while of living their program, he shared with them, he said;  "I am ignorant!  I aint never read any books, but when I do these simple things one day at a time to the best of my ability, I feel clean inside and good things happen in my life."

My answer is “because for me I’ve had times in my life that are so unbearable I have to believe in a higher power, something bigger than me” I was not raised to believe I was raised to make my own choices so my parents never told me one way or the other.
