Can you buy nose studs and bring them to the piercer?

I’m getting my nose pierced soon and I was wondering, can I buy my own nose studs and give it to the place to pierce that particular stud instead of a different one at the shop its self?

as bones said, most wont because might not be clean and sterilized some will, but only if its a proper peirce of jewelrey thats supposed to go in that area and is made of the right material but youll need to ask the parrtcular piercer your geting it done at to find out for sure

Answer #2

you should consult that with the person who is going to be piercing you.. I normally buy the jewlery they pierce you with its expensive but they have real steerling silver an gold if you buy cheap nose rings from just any random place make sure its real silver or gold other wise it can cause infection during the healing process.

go to this link below its a guide for piercings it should explain everything you need to know.

most piercers will not allow that basically because they need to know there body jewelry is allready clean and sterilized. incase your piercing were too get infected and you tried to sue they would have proof that they used a sterile needle and stud from there shop.
