how can i stop my nose stud from scratching inside my nose ?
i have had my nose pierced about 4 years now :D but my nose stud keeps scratching inside of my nose how can i stop my stud from doing that .
should i un tighten it a bit or change it ?

Hmm, those are annoying because the hooks are straight at a right angle, but your nostril is curved. I can’t wear hooks in my nose because they annoy me. Usually if I buy a hook stud, I grab pliers and straighten it out- But you have to be careful with that because if somebody hits your nose by accident (or on purpose…lol) the stud might go through your septum. I usually just wear ones with a wee ball on the other side, it hurts a bit when you put it in because the ball is, well, a ball and is a bit big.
Try changing it. Try using a different type of nose ring, like the one with a ball on the back. The ball shouldn’t scratch you. (see picture)

You can cut it with a pair of scissors. Or I wear a coil nose stud which you twist in and it never falls out.
