Can't sleep

so lately I cannot sleep at night and I’m off so I sleep during the day. Tomorrow is friday and dont want to sleep during the day, should I pull an allnighter because I can’t go to sleep???

If you listen to music at night like I do, it would be a good idea to stop. If you’re stressed out over something, ask about it here. I have trouble sleeping because of listening to music and I’m stressed out about a lot of stuff. Maybe you are too and don’t realize it? It is a good idea to get away from the computer 2 hours before you go to bed. Anything electronic will keep you awake, even believe it or not keeping a cellphone in the bedroom. You must be in a different time zone than me.

If you start sleeping during the day instead of the night you will mess up your body clock and make the problem even worse. Do some excersise during the day and keep yourself busy. If you tire yourself out a little more during the day it can help you to fall asleep better. Just don’t excersise at night before bed as it will have you alert and not in sleep mode. Buy some really nice sheets and pillows and make your bed as comfortable as possible. If this doesn’t help and it’s really becoming a problem then you may need to get sleeping pills but I’d suggest seeing a doctor first.
