What causes this to happen?

My hair has aways been really thick, but a few months ago I began shedding like crazy and now my hair just seems normal. What causes this to happen? Are there defieciencies that cause hair to fall out? How do I get it back to the way it use to be?

Have you had a change in diet for the past few months? Usually when your hair changes in texture it happens because loss of vitamins and protein that is essential for your hair to be healthy and strong. If you want your hair to be stronger and thick, try adding more protein in your diet. But also I’ve heard from a hairdresser that every seven years the hair changes in texture naturally, and maybe this is what happened to your hair as well.

OMG! I’ve always had thick hair, and I have noticed the last few weeks after taking a shower and brushed my hair over the bathroom sink it was full of my hair! Sadly I don’t know why it happend.

thats very interesting. come to think of it, I started shedding after I became vegan. maybe thats why. thanks. So if I eat a lot of protein, my hair might get thick again?

Um you may be drinking to many stuff that have really bad stuff in it Diet coke Energy drinks.I drink rockstar anyways But what you can do to help it stinks super bad You have to eat onions a lot of onions they have the vitamins to keep your hair really thick and shiny
