Can I be fired for almost getting into a fight?

Hi, I work for a company and I organised an event for 25 winners at a racecourse on Saturday - there was a free bar and towards the end and for reasons unknown to me I ended up trying to pick a fight with no less than 3 individuals. I had taken every precaution throughout the event not to get too drunk and by having a glass of water between almost every alcoholic drink but at the end a lot of people were doing shots and I got carried away. I feel extremely low as this incident doesnt truly reflect my character and I can’t believe it happened - and somehow after everyone had got off the coach and when all this was happening I managed to get myself arrested for breach of the peace infront of 15 out of the 25 winners - I wasn’t charged and was let out later once I coolled down - do you know if I could get sacked for this, bearing in mind not a single puch was thrown?

Any help or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
