Can I get my job back?

If my employer wanted to hire me back,can they without getting in trouble by the labor board.I was fired for getting into it with a custmr,and she called the better buiness br,so they said they had to fire me.now there saying I could come back but they would get in trouble.

Hmm I’m pretty sure they can hire whomever they want… Why dont you call legal aid and ask them? they may have an answer for you… (what your rights on the whole thing are…)
