What is it really like to go camping ad hiking?

I plan on going with my bf one day. He has been before, but i haven’t. I am kind of nervous.

Make sure you enjoy natue and the outdoors because if you dont its going to be torture. Tons of people enjoy camping and roughing it….im not one of them. I can not stand getting dirty, sweating, not having electricity, bugs, wild animals, sleeping on the ground, etc.

Is there anything i should make sure i pack, just incase. What do you suggest?

Bug spray, batteries, flashlights, mosquito netting for the tents, they have these packs you can buy that when you break them they get cold they would be perfect for camping in the summer, comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, leave the smell good stuff at home it attracts bugs, pony tail holders, baby wipes (since theres no showers or running water).
