Calorie burning

What is the fastest way to burn calories? I watch kids for twelve hours a day and I just don’t have the time. Any ideas?

Watching kids 12 hours a day isn’t burning enough calories?? Change your heart rate and change what your doing. For example: Instead of running for 20 min min straight try walking for 2 min then jogging for 2 min then running for 2 min then walking again. Dont let your heart get used to one thing for too long. And then don’t do the same thing every day. Change it up. Have fun!!

I agree with santacruzmommy, but you ca also take the kids swimming, if you’re allowed to, swimming;s a great way to lose weight, but be moving in the pool, while the kids are swimming, swimn laps and keep a close eye on them.
