Where can I buy a cheap Canon t2i battery?

Well, I would definitely NOT buy one from any supplier who provided the product image that you posted here.

The surface print states: 7.2V 950mAh (8.1Wh), but frankly that is contradictory to the point of being technically IMPOSSIBLE.

Power (P) in Watts is given by the product of Current (I) in Amps and Voltage (V) in Volts, and (maximum) Watt-hour capacity is given by the product of Ampere-hour capacity and Voltage.

So, a battery that has a capacity of 950mAh at 7.2V (as clearly stated) has a maximum Watt-hour capacity given by 950mAh x 7.2V = 6.8Wh,

…. which is more than 15% less than the 8.1Wh clearly printed on the surface.

You want to buy “cheap”: you risk getting sub-standard rubbish produced by fast-buck manufacturers and merchants who haven’t really got a clue what they are doing.
