What is bulimia?

I know what anorexia is but what is bulimia?

Bulimia, like anorexia, is an eating disorder. With bulimia, people who suffer with the eating disorder usually binge eat (eat a large quantity a food in one serving), then they try to compensate for the extra calories and food they have consumed by doing things to prevent extra weight gain.

Some of the things they do to compensate for what they’ve consumed is by either purging (making themselves throw up), fasting, using laxatives, or they have a really extreme exercise routine that they follow each time.

Now, usually people with anorexia are underweight. For the most part, however, people with bulimia are either a normal weight or they overweight (by medical standards).

Each eating disorder is serious, and yes, people do die from them.There is, however, treatment for eating disorders that people can get. So, while some people aren’t so fortunate, some people do get the help they need for it.

bulimia ins an eating dieoder were you either eat not much food, eat a normal amount on food, or binge on food and then throw up in an attempt to not gain any weight it is an extreemly dangerouse, unhealthy and stupid thing to do and 20% of people wilth eating disorders die

yeah, its when you throw up your food. some bulimic people binge then throw up though.
