How to treat bulimia at home because I cant tell any body Im sick of throwing up every day I throw up blood somtime

There isn’t really a way to treat bulimia at home… it is much more than throwing up. First step to getting help is asking for help. Not fun advice, but someone you know and trust, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a family member. You aren’t going to get better at home since bulimia is a psychological condition.. the only person who can help you is a psychologist.
