Ms. Spears taped her TV show in California where it is illegal for someone over 18 to have consensual relations with someone under 18 if the difference between their age is more than 3 years.

If the deed was one in Louisiana than Ms. Spear’s boyfriend could be convicted but if it was in California than no crime no foul.

Not unless you had sex AFTER he turned 18, because then you’re a minor and he’s not. If you just take it slow and have him wait for you, then you’ll be in no trouble at all. Just be careful.
