Why does my boyfriend argue with me over the dumbest things?

Hunny, he’s a male.

Is it just this one or are the arguments a common daily occurrence? I am a guy and also find it intrusive and rude to have the person I am living with come in and feel like is a together time. We spent the day together so I wanna have that moment alone like it has been growing up. A particularly bad one is when you are taking a shower and your significant other think they can get in there too uninvited. The reason he does it to you is because you have not made it a point that it bothers you or maybe you think is ok with somebody coming in and out.

Because he’s male, and we males are what most people call, “stupid”. We act irrational at all times, whether something is truly wrong or we’re bored.

I guess he wanted his privacy for some reason. Just offer to let him have as much alone time as he needs to finish his business.

fist of all, like i always say, the man should be sleeping on the coutch (unless its his house) and he might just be that way, i do it to my boyfriend all the time. maybe he just wants your relationship to be perfect (which there is no such thing) and it just reaults in arguments, or maybe he was used to drama before you and picks fights because he misses it, i do it (and i know its extremely wrong)

Maybee hes trying to tell you that he dont like you anymore or that hes afraid of losing you

true. alot of us are like that, even me. i fight with my girlfriend over the smallest and stupidest things from time to time… but its normal.
