What can I use bottle caps for?

In my house we recycle everything and we usually bin the bottle caps and I was wondering if we can use them for something else? They are in different colours because we get different bottles for each person in the house as everyone has particular drinks they like. What can we use them for? :) We were thinking we could use them as poker chips, any other ideas?

Answer #1

Decorate the top of a small table with them and then place a piece of glass over it (my fiance did this for his “mancave”. Make jewelry out of them - earrings are pretty simple.

Answer #2

Hm, anything else? No-one will go for the table idea and the glass will smash as my sister is hyperactive and I had to take my earrings out for work and they closed up. Any other ideas?

Answer #3

You can make some artwork with them? Paste, and/or hang them on something like painted and decorated card board to make a picture, collage or just a random abstract art piece….and hang it up in your room.

Answer #4

trade them in for money!

Answer #5

I didnt know this, but my fiance just informed me that once you have quitea bit saved up, you can sell them on ebay for a pretty good price. Artists and scrapbookers often buy them in bulk from people on ebay. You could also superglue them together in a circle and make cute coasters for your drinks.
