Bored and Food.

When I am bored I eat. Which is making me gain a lot of weight now. Have any tips of things I should do to keep me away from eating food when I don’t need it? <333

try chewing mint flavored gum or exercise.

I heard that your food takes 20 minutes to make you feel full so try that

and you know your full when you feel like you can only take a couple more bites
