my boobs are so small what should I do
This one lady was flat chested till she was 17 or 18 and she became a 34H. She hated it. I'm a guy and big or small are both nice. Since you are young then make sure you get enough to eat. Don't get fat though. Eat healthy so your body has all the nutrients it needs to grow your bust. Some girls diet and I think it stunts their growth. That one lady who got huge ones was really into sports and she doesn't diet. She had to quit the sports but maybe the healthy living helped her get bigger. Since your young then maybe hormones could help you. You should see a doctor perhaps he will help you.
Just because other kids you age have big breast doesn't mean you have to. There are no foods in the entire world that will make them grow. Everyones breasts develop at different rates : ] I'm only in a B cup and one of my friends is a G. Gilrs you age should be in a size A or B, they're about the average sizes :) Some girls do grow a lot quicker though but it doesn't mean you need to.

You don't have to do anything : ] Your breast don't get to their full size until your around your 20's. I'm guessing your still young so don't stress over it. If you feel a little insecure you can buy some padded bras :) They make your breast appear slightly bigger and more shapely. Like I said before don't worry too much because they will grow as you get older.

I have the same problem im a 34b and I want to be bigger, alright massage your boobs not too gentle but not rough with coco butter, dont go to sleepwith a bra it helps a little lol,thats what I do in a couple of months you will be a whole cup size bigger!oh and drinking milk helps to.
nope no special food. or well ganing weight can make them increase insize but thats not the helthyiest thing for you. so enjoy having them small wile you can because when mine grew they REALLY grew..

well I am only 13 and everyone has big boobs and I use padded bras an dtheir ok but is there like spicial food I should be eatting or sumthing
Leave Them Mine Were A Size B 6 Months Ago And Since Then I Went Past Size C And Went Strate To A D Just Like That Lol They Will Grow X
just buy a push up bra if it relly bothers you that they are small
just use push up bras and padded ones to make them look bigger
well I do use padded bras like 30 a or sumthing
