first of all no and second yy would you want to do that? if your asking kuz you want to have bigger boobs well you better wait a few years and see how they grow you just startd have women hormones..I bet theyll grow

NO NO surgeon is going to perform any kind of cosmetic surgery on a 13 year old child you legally need to be 18 to get sugery and they wont do it because your body is still growng YOU HAVE ONLY JUST STARTED GOING THROUGH PUBERTY your boobs have just BEGUN to grow and they will stop growing by the time your 18 I strongly suggest you educate yourself more on the human body and about other things there is no way you will get surgery at 13 years old if you want it you need to wait untll your 18 at your age the LAST thing on your mind should be the size of your breasts but if your that desperate just wear padded or push-up bras but again hey have beral started growing WAIT untill your 18 when they have reached there full size then if you sitll dont like them, consider surgery
