So i need to know how to make your own bleaching trays? I have the bleach but not the trays, i know you can go to the dentist or go to a drugstore and buy onesizefits all trays, but i dont want to spend the money. How do i make them on mine own? is this even possible?
I think when you're messing with things like your gums and bleach, it's best to get it done as safely as possible. What bleach are you planning on using? I don't think household bleach would be a good idea, if that's your plan, as I doubt that's what's in the whitening kits. The kits aren't terribly priced, and if you're careful, won't harm you and will work. I'm sorry this isn't exactly the answer to your question, but it's my take on the matter.
Not a good idea. The bleach can be absorbed through the gums & get into your blood stream. That amount of chlorine in your system can make you very very ill or even kill you. It's poison. I would suggest just using teeth whiteners from the store. If you want to get away with it the cheap way, use a small amount of baking soda & peroxide (not too much because that can be abrasive to enamel & cause weak spots making you more prone to cavities).
So brush your teeth every day. They'll be white enough if you don't have the cash. I've bought a whitening kit before, still haven't used it though due to some frightening reviews online, but they also gave advice on how to avoid damaging your gums with it, so maybe eventually. Whiter teeth is a luxury it doesn't seem you need right now, you don't have the money to do it safely.
so what your saying is that i shouldnt just go buy some onesitefitsall or go to a dentist? Idonthavethemoney for eitherD:
