Difference between hair bleach and hair dye?

Is there a difference between hair bleach and hair dye or are they the same thing with different names?

Hair dye Bleach is color that attaches to your hair. Regular Bleach strips your hair of color. [which can highly damage your hair more then bleach dying it.]

bleach strips color out of your hair. hair dye sometimes has bleach in it to make your hair lighter but isn’t as strong. Anything darker than your natural haircolor will add color to your hair instead of take away color.

hair bleach is much stronger that hair dye. Hair bleach can make your hair fall out as well as drying it out.
