What is the difference in hair dye's and stain's?
What is the difference between hair dye and hair stain? I was going to dye my hair with dye I was gonna buy from Hot Topic (I think the brand was Manic Panic) but my friends hair dresser said that the stuff from Hot Topic isn’t what I wanted to get cause its a stain. Wouldn’t that be better than a dye? I’m gonna be bleaching my hair before I color it. Which do you think would be better? I don’t know what to go with, so now I’m all confused about what to do, could you help me please???

a dye is permanent and a stain is temporary and will disappear after a few washes :S
