How can I bleach my hair without destroying it completely like I already have done?
Okay so at x-mas time im desperate to bleach all of my hair and dye it like a purple or a blue my problem is my hair is getting so thin, i use to have thick crazy big hiar and my hair is now thin and split, if it gets extremely bad i wont dye it. What ae your opiions? also how can i try and get some health bak to my hair furthermore if i did all this with dying my hair and bleaching it are there any ways of doing it so that my hair doesnt completely fry?
If your hair is thinning out & spitting, I wouldnt dye it for awhile. Bleaching will obviously only make it work. I’d buy treatment conditioners & those little treatment packets they sell at the counters in beauty supply stores. Do deep conditioning- get a really stron conditioner, wet your hair, put it in & leave it for like an hour & a half, rinse with cold water. Also another way to make your hair feel better is not washing it for like a week so it gets really oily & has regained some of it’s natural oils. I wouldn’t bleach it for awhile if I were you, it doesn’t sound like it would turn out very well.

All the things you can do to have healthy hair is have a good diet, work out, take your vitamins and let your hair be. Your hair depends on your natural grease. You should take Vitamin A, C, E, B12, and B6. Your diet should consist of meat, milk, cheese, eggs, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, apricots and peaches. Dark green vegetables. soybeans, raw seeds and nuts, and dried beans. And whole grains.
