well I research many paranormal things. and I got to say this is almost a first. this is very scary. I read something about almost the same thing about a dark tall figure at a church. and it had smoke at the bottem of it. but this. woo this is amazing. I really want to hear more about this. if you can. try to get some picture. ill love to see it. but to answer your question. I cant really tell you what it is. cause I havnt seen it yet. but sound like a Ghost. of a old man or woman. “”greyish black skin”” it amazing that you could see it skin. that why am thinking it might be more then ghost. all the ghost I seen and heard. never once I saw there skin. and the fact that it didnt go away. when you got close. and it even turn to look at you. sorry but this might be a bit dangerous. it might just be a demon. I would suggest. trying to stay away from it. even moving. if ya dont want to move just yet. unstill ya sure of what it is. at least try to stay out that room where it is. if you give me more info on this. I can give you more advice. so funmail me if you need any more advice.

Take pictures. Bring other people in. If it’s for real, it will happen again. You need to document it, then solutions can be found. It’s probably nothing, but if it is something, you shoujld not be dealing with it by yourselves.

holy cow… that is scary maby you should have your house blessed, if you dont want to keep haveing that occurence happen but im pretty sure if it hasent hurt you, it wont. but sence your kid is involved, I would really consider haveing your home blessed.
