How does birthcontrol effect pregnancy?

me and my boyfriend had sex the 12th; and he came inside of me. we want a baby, well..he does. and i told him i wasnt on birthcontrol, though i am. [x i figured it wont hurt anything. anyways; ive been on it for about 4 weeks. the past two, ive been..alittle sloppy with when i take it. when i got home tuesday; i was freaking out and downed three of my BC pills. Dont ask, i really dont know. I took another last night, but i decided to stop taking them today JUST in case… I dont want to mess anything up if i am pregnant.

All i want to know is, if theres a chance I AM [will be] - willthe three pills mess anything up? ):

I think it could possibly end the pregnancy or give the baby some type of birth deffect

If you’re pregnant then taking your pills won’t make you un-pregnant. However, as it’s only two days from the date of intercourse, it’s too soon to tell. Can you get pregnant? Yes. Will taking three pills at once mess things up? No - but it can make you feel ill. If you’re planning to have a baby, just stop taking the pills altogether … you’re screwing around with your system by not taking your pills at a regularly scheduled time, and there could be long-term affects from that.

It’ll probably just cause an overload of hormones during pregnancy, which your body doesn’t need, after all the pill is tricking your body into thinking it is pregnant. I haven’t been able to find any conclusive information about it causing birth defects. However I do suggest that you take the pill the same time every day or close to the same time, set an alarm reminder, that way you won’t get sloppy with drinking it.
