Ortho Cyclen has never given me any problems. My periods usually only last 2 days and I hardly get any cramps and only 1 day of heavy bleeding. My acne clears up pretty good. My only problem with it was when I first started I had some bad mood swings but they went away.

I told my gyno I wanted to switch to Lybrel and she said it’s basically what I’m already on just skip the placebo pills.
