Sunburn treatment doesn’t heal your skin or prevent damage to your skin, but it can reduce pain, swelling and discomfort. You may find home remedies helpful. These include taking a nonprescription anti-inflammatory medication, applying a cool compress and applying an aloe vera lotion. Sunburn typically resolves on its own within several days, depending on the severity of the burn: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sunburn/DS00964/DSECTION=treatments-and-drugs

Hope you’re better soon !!

sounds like you got blisters…

you’ll have to wait it out.

in the meanwhile take some ice (in cold water) and rub it over your shoulders and wherever it pains…

and then a lotion with aloe vera in it…such as johnnsons and johnnsons after sun lotion should also help.

also add some baking soda to a cold bath, that helps for the pain and drink ibuprofen…that’ll also ease the discomfort.

I get burnt like that all the time…I’m basically as white as a ghost, lol. there’s a moisturizer I use that has aloe vera in it and it feels amazing. you can apply it as often as you want and it really makes your skin feel better without getting you all greasy like regular aloe

just relax, try rubbing it and putting your self to sleep… try putting lotion on just dont think about it, and try to go to sleep… thats what I do.
