Back pain...
Okay my fiance is having really really bad back pain to the point where he can hardly move…I have given him motrin and I have a family member bringing a heating pad..omg..he cant even walk what can I do and we cant go to a chiropractor(memorial day) so pls give me sum help with this..thanks guys..ps he has no idea what happend…
thanks guys for your help we went to the emergncy room last night and we now have pain meds muscle relaxers and imflammatory..meds..thanks a bunch
Prob he has a stiff back that happened to my mom before and this is what I did it helped with the pain.
Ok lay him down on his stomach and give him a message put your hands into a fist and move your hand counter clockwise all over his back do it a lil bit hard but not too hard that your going to hurt him then you move your hands up and down his back but your hands are still into a fist. Then when your done take an ice pack and put it on his back leave for 5 mins.

Do you know what the reason is for his back pain?
oh and go see if you can get something called robaxin…it’s an over the counter pain pill specifically formulated for REALLY bad back pain. That should get him through the night BUT
I’d suggest if it’s that bad to take him to the emergency room…it can be REALLY DANGEROUS…especially if it happens without any cause.
