How well does the chronic pain pump work for the low back?

I have cronic low back pain that is so disableing it has come down to putting in a stimulator or a pain pump. I have gotten shots of a narcotic medicine that work will this pain pump work for my pain?

I’m currently on the 75/mcg Fentanyl pain patch for lower back pain. My Osteopathic doctor has recommended the pain pump, if my pain is still chronic in six months. He says it has great results, and it’s minimally invasive. I say give it a shot.
