How to shelter a baby robin?
We found a baby robin in our yard. It is almost ready to fly. Should we just leave it alone, or what should we do?
keep till it can fly
Call your local animal shelter, humane society, and veterinary offices. Usually these places have a number of someone who can take care of wildlife. If not, ask if they have a phone number for a veterinarian who takes care of birds. You may end up having to hand feed the bird but it would be best if there were a professional that you could speak to. Sam
They are awesome to watch. I try to guide them toward night shelter such tall grass or a low branching bush to keep cats from getting them.
