Is my baby's fever too high?

shes ine now I took her to the doctor and he said she just a a temperature and a chest infection.

I hope your baby is okay today. If you still haven’t taken her to the doctor you should. Otherwise I would bathe her in tepid (not cold not too warm) water so her fever comes down. Do this as many times as she breaks out feverish and if you can get her a medication with ibuprofen for babies I would do it as well. It helped my daughter when she was this way.

No its not that is perfectly okay, how old is your baby? is she teething? has she been feeding alright?

no she might just be really hott! the normal temperature for a baby fever is 38C or 100.4F so she should be ok you could put a cold cloth on her head thou.
