drinking milk when you have a high temperature

Is it ok to give a baby milk when they have a high temperature?

Answer #1

No, No, No. Do not give your baby milk if he/she has a high temperature. The milk might keep the high temperature from dropping. Give the baby juice.

Answer #2

It’s OK to give them milk, but milk is harder to digest than something like Pedialyte. So if they vomit the milk you can switch and try something easier on their stomach.

Answer #3

this is a question for a doctor.

I know children and adults shouldn’t have milk when they have a fever because it will make them puke, but a baby needs milk to survive.

Answer #4

no not really you need to go to the doc.
