average size/foreskin

okay so im 20 years old and I don’t know if this is weird or whatever but my penis is 2” when im not hard and 5” when I am hard..and does anybody know how to make the foreskin on my penis tight again because I masterbate with the skin and not stroking it up and down somebody please help me???

shaniasavvy is very rude in my opinion, yes the average size of a males penis is 6 inches but 5 inches is still good and as iamme123 says, girls dont tend to like large penises as it can make sex less plesurable.
