I am 5’2 and 24 years old. how much should I weigh for my age and height?
If you’re a female, 101-130
for a healthy weight you should weigh anywhere between 101 - 136 lbs.. anywhere under 101 is underweight. anywhere over 136 is overweight.
This depends on your BMI (Body Mass Index.) While the 101-130 area is generally acceptable, it does kind of depend on your build as well. If you’re a stockier girl, the 130 area isn’t anything to worry about. If you’ve got a small frame, 101-110 is doable, with 115 helping you to avoid the comments about ‘looking anorexic.’
I’ve got a friend about your height and she weighs 103, and she is constantly getting ragged on for looking like she never eats.
You should weigh 110#. A healthy range would be 110-120. depends how you feel. I am similar to you but if I ever got to a 110 I would feel ill and look sick. I feel comfortable and in shape at 115-120#
